1. Business Development Intern
Key tasks:
- Research information about the market, clients, and industry.
- Coordinate with responsible person from other division to collect information for weekly, monthly report.
- Arrangement meetings within the team and clients.
- Assist in organization of events internally and/or externally.
- Assist in conducting the Client Satisfaction Survey, PE Survey.
- Perform other admin tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor or Director.

2. Advisory Service Intern
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support operations of accounting, tax filling and payroll;
- Keep accurate records;
- Execute the procedures assigned by senior;
- Submit deliverables within set deadlines;
- Follows up reports (weekly, monthly, etc.)
- Client and Engagement filing
- Translates business documents where applicable
- Perform other tasks as assigned by AS (Executive) or Manager from time to time.Other tasks assigned;Client work
- Works on client’s engagements at field or in the offices as assigned by Executive or Manager
- Assists AS team members in completion of client projects as assigned by Executive or Manager
Customer and Information Support
- Establishes and maintains a good and updated economic and industry focused information system
- Supports Advisory Services teams when needed in different matters regarding company marketing materials, Client info, market/industry info
- Prepares Proposal, Engagement, Capability statement, Presentations in the Pre-engagement stage
- Supports Advisory Services (Executive) Manager and colleagues with other assignments
Administration
Qualifications/Skills
- Fresh graduates/ Senior students with degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or business related field
- Fluency in English, both speaking and writing. Ability to translate to English or vice versa efficiently
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Internet searching skill
- Good communication and presentation skills
- True team spirit, self-motivated, and willingness to learn
- Pro-active, detail oriented and able to meet tight deadlines

- Perform any task or assignment that may be delegated by senior and manager.
Qualifications and preferred skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/ Finance/Banking/ Economics or equivalent;
- A minimum of 1 year’ experience in audit and/or accounting, tax and payroll;
- Excellent command of spoken and written Vietnamese and English;
- Good at Microsoft Office applications;
- Experience in accounting software, HRM, ERP system, tax declaration system;
- Strong sense of client services orientation;
- Detailed knowledge of accounting principles, tax, labour and statistics regulations;
- Good at reading and following rules and regulations;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform bookkeeping, tax filling, payroll processing, treasury and other accounting functions for clients;
- Keep confidential records and tax information for clients;
- Submit deliverables within set deadlines;
- Coaching, on-job training, mentoring junior;
- Manage the quality of the working papers/reports;
- Upon instruction or approval by the Manager, communicate with client or local authorities;
- Develops a good working relationships with client staff with whom you will have most contact;
- Liaises with other divisions to ensure that jobs runs;
- Meets own objectives set.
Qualifications and preferred skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/ Finance/Banking or equivalent;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity;
- Excellent command of spoken and written Vietnamese and English;
- Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-minded;
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively with clients;
- Strong time management and prioritization skills;
- Good knowledge in VAS or IAS/IFRS or US GAAP, tax, labour and statistics regulations;
- Good at reading and following rules and regulations;
- Well versed in various accounting software, HRM, ERP system;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
